• Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

• You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize and are here to make it right.

Return Process:

1. Please click a clear photo of the damaged item.

2. Email it to us at: info@devilace.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Mention your Order ID and contact details in the email.

Once we verify the issue:

• You can choose between a full refund or a store credit for the same value.

• Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Products that are used, tampered with, or missing original tags will not be eligible for return or refund.

• In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
